Our next spotlight isn't a healthcare professionals, but her services can help take your career to the next level! Read all about her!

1.)How long have you been teaching Spanish? I have been teaching Spanish for over 10 years. My first job when I graduated from college in 2007 was a high school  Spanish teacher.
2.)Why did you decide to take this career path? Teaching is my gift.  I have a lot of skills and I could teach any of them.  I initially went to college with plans of entering the medical field.  I quickly found that wasn't for me as I am more of a creative.  I decided to major in Spanish because learning languages was easy and fun for me.  At the time I was discouraged from studying Spanish and people would ask me what was I going to do with a degree in Spanish.  I didn't know at the time, but there have always been unlimited opportunities for me because I am bi-lingual.
3.)Tell us about your company, how you are connecting the community and how your business can help healthcare professionals.
In 2009, I started Ready For Spanish as a way to stay home with my then newborn son.  I started teaching Spanish classes to children.  My business quickly exploded throughout my city (Nashville, TN) and companies began to request custom Professional trainings.  In 2011, I wanted to expand my reach by offering adult and Professional trainings online.  The Professional trainings included Spanish for business, the banking industry and healthcare professionals.  I offer 10 day challenges to help healthcare professionals learn the necessary Spanish to navigate through the healthcare industry.
4.)What are your other passions?  I love traveling with my family and being actively present with my children.  I'm a huge New Edition fan so I attend as many concerts as possible I also love crafting and decorating
5.)Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In 5 years I'd love to see my company as the #1 Spanish language learning program in the world.  I want to be a philanthropist.  I'd love to be in a position where I can give tons of money away to people, organizations, charities and communities that I believe in.
6.) What are you most proud of/biggest accomplishment(s)? I am most proud of my growth and my ability to overcome challenges.  I am also proud of my children.  My children are my biggest accomplishments.  My daughter just launched her company Bow and Ari (www.bowandari.com).  I am proud that I was able to inspire her journey to entrepreneurship.
